A passage centered on the left side allows the passage of cables or probes. 

  • 🌡️ EFFICIENT HEATING

Heating is provided by sheathed stainless steel heating elements, ideally positioned in the airflow, allowing a uniform temperature rise.

  • 💡 INTERIOR LIGHTING

The oven has an interior light point at automatic ignition when the door is opened.

  • 📐 THE DESIGN

The inner tank is composed of electro-galvanized steel sheets.     
The control panel is located on the left side of the oven, for optimal accessibility.     
The oven floor is made of a thin sheet of metal with an access ramp, allowing for easy loading.     

From model XXL01 to model XXL02.7, the oven is equipped with a single door.     
From the XXL03 model to the XXL15 model, the oven is equipped with two doors.     

All ovens in the range have an "anti-lock-in" system: the oven can be unlocked from the inside.

  • 🔥 EXCELLENT INSULATION

Thermal insulation is provided by 70 mm of glass wool.     
The outer sheets are separated from the inner tank. This eliminates any thermal bridging to guarantee: low surface temperatures, reduced electricity consumption and rapid temperature rise.

💨 Forced horizontal ventilation : 
Accelerating the drying process and homogenizing the temperature !

An exclusive ventilation system for a forced convection studied and designed by our engineers using fluid simulation software.

  1. Inside the oven, air is drawn in by the turbine located on top of the oven.
  2. It is then heated by the heating elements.
  3. Then the hot air is blown into the usable volume across its entire width.
  4. This hot air is expelled through an adjustable outlet chimney on top of the oven.
  5. Fresh air enters the volume at the level of the inlet chimney located on top of the oven, thus generating the renewal of the air inside.     
     
ADJUSTABLE AIR RENEWAL !

The air outlet is equipped with a valve that can be controlled directly on the C3030 programmer and recorder.     
Several levels of openness are available to control the air exchange rate.     

When the air recirculation damper is fully closed, the air circulates in a closed loop within your oven. This method is the most efficient for quickly preheating your oven.
