  • 🔥 EXCELLENT INSULATION

Thermal insulation is provided by 70 mm of asbestos-free rock wool.                      
The outer sheets are separated from the inner tank. This eliminates any thermal bridging to guarantee: low surface temperatures, reduced electricity consumption, and rapid temperature rise.

  • 🚪 DOOR SEALING

The door seal is guaranteed by a stabilized silicone seal and long service life. It's easily disassembled for quick and easy cleaning.                      
The door closes at two points. : maximum reliability.

  • 🌡️ EFFICIENT HEATING

Heating is provided by sheathed stainless steel heating elements, ideally positioned in the airflow, allowing a uniform temperature rise.

  • 📐 THE DESIGN

The inner tank is made of stainless steel with a glossy finish, corrosion resistant and suitable for processing products with a high water content.                      
The control panel is located on top of the oven, for minimal space requirements.

  • 🧽 EASY CLEANING !

The corners of the inner tank are rounded, making tank cleaning easier.

  • 🕳️ A Ø 20 mm access port (silicone plug supplied)

An access port centered on the left wall allows the passage of cables or probes. 

  • 💡 INTERIOR LIGHTING

The oven has an interior light point at automatic ignition when the door is opened.

  • The ovens are equipped with an electronic thermostat featuring 2 modes (TWW or TWB) according to DIN 12 880 standard.

💨 Forced horizontal ventilation : 
Accelerating the drying process and homogenizing the temperature !

 

  1. Inside the oven, air is drawn in by the turbine.
  2. It's then heated by the heating elements..
  3. Then the hot air is blown into the usable volume.
  4. This hot air is expelled through an adjustable exhaust chimney at the rear of the oven..
  5. Fresh air enters the chamber at the level of the fan, thus generating air renewal in the oven.                      
     
ADJUSTABLE AIR RENEWAL !

The air outlet is equipped with a damper that can be controlled directly from the C6000 programmer and recorder.                      
Several opening levels are available to control the air exchange rate.                      

When the air recirculation damper is fully closed, the air circulates in a closed loop within your oven. This method is the most efficient for quickly preheating your oven.
