Ovens for high performance!
- ✅ QUALITY TEMPERATURE CONTROLS
XFP ovens have 2 temperature probes : one is fixed to the wall of the tank, the other is mobile so that it can be integrated into the heart of your product.
The controller automatically sets the temperature at the walls for perfect precision on your products. XFP vacuum ovens are also equipped with a DN16KF passage with a shutter. It is possible to insert up to 4 temperature probes to perform various temperature measurements inside the tank.
- 🛠️ A CONNECTION FOR YOUR VACUUM PUMP THAT IS SUITABLE
The vacuum pump's electrical connection is made directly at the rear of the oven. A KF-type fitting allows air to be pumped out, with a nozzle for re-pressurization.
- 🧽 EASY CLEANING!
The corners of the inner tank are rounded, making tank cleaning easier.
The racks and the seal are easily removable.
- 📐 THE DESIGN
The inner tank is made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. A porthole made of tempered glass is mounted on springs on the door to safely monitor your current cycle : no overpressure.
- 🔥 EXCELLENT INSULATION
The outer casing is separate from the inner casing to prevent any heat loss.
Thermal insulation with glass wool without asbestos allows: low surface temperatures, reduced electricity consumption and rapid temperature rise.
- 🚪 THE WATERPROOFING OF THE DOOR
The door seal is guaranteed by a long-lasting silicone gasket (Viton gasket optional). Adjustable toggle latches ensure effective door closure.
- 🌡️ EFFICIENT HEATING
Heating is provided by flat heating elements under stainless steel shielding, distributed around the tank.

- Multiple attachment levels are available for simplified loading and unloading.

- Automatic shut-off of heating and ventilation when the door is opened.
- Setpoint Deviation Temperature (SDT): setpoint temperature monitoring mechanism within a set tolerance zone.
This is a visual and audible temperature monitoring alarm.
- The ovens are equipped with an electronic thermostat featuring 2 modes (TWW or TWB) according to DIN 12 880 standard.
