- Processing of composite parts in vacuum bags.
💡 Oven dedicated to the treatment of composite parts in vacuum bags.
⚙️ Equipment:
- Nanodac regulator / programmer / recorder :
1 channel for connecting and registering the temperature control probe.
1 channel for vacuum measurement.
2 channels for connecting and recording 3 thermocouple product probes.
Allows you to create up to 100 temperature programs of 25 segments each.
Color graphic display.
USB and RJ45 ports for data retrieval. - 2 simple vacuum ports :
1 vacuum ramp installed outside.
1 pressure measurement port connected to the regulator.
2 passages with connectors inside.
1 manual valve. - Pumping group :
1 primary vacuum pump of approximately 4 m3.
1 vacuum reservoir of approximately 25 liters.
1 vacuum sensor with display and threshold control.
1 manual valve for breaking the vacuum.
2 solenoid valves between the pump and the tank. - Cooling extractor with a capacity of approximately 500 m³/h at 400 Pa, controlled by the regulator.
