The oven was designed to be installed on a test bench. The electrical cabinet and the window on the door are placed at the lowest possible position so that, once placed on the test bench, they are at breast height. The door is equipped with a multi glazing window that especially resists negative temperatures. The thermal insulation of the oven was reinforced. The inner casing is made of stainless steel and is welded tight. Lifting rings were added to make easier the oven???s moving by the customer. Above the electrical cabinet, there is a 300x300 mm passage with cork and on the bottom there is many passages with different diameters.

Oven???s cooling is ensured by an air cooling extractor (above 50°C) or by the cold air generator of the customer (below 50°C). The cold air generator enables to reach -40°C. Its use requires to connect it to the oven???s passages provided for that purpose and to connect the customer???s supervision to the oven???s RJ45 plug. When the measured temperature is above 50°C and that there is a cooling request, the main temperature controller sends the information to the servomotor that opens the air inlet and outlet and activates the extractor. When the measured temperature is below 50°C and that there is a cooling request, the main temperature controller sends the information to the customer???s supervision and generator. The extractor???s operation is inhibited and air inlet and outlet close. The cold air generators starts and the generator???s inlet and outlet open. The products and the oven are protected against possible overheating thanks to independent electronic safety controller and safety thermostat with reset.
