Atypical manufacturing This XU universal oven had been revisited in order to match the needs of the customer. Many tilted or straight access ports with different diameters and many inner and outer fastenings were added on the top and lateral sides. The electrical cabinet with control panel is located under the oven to save place. The door is equipped with a staple for paddle latch in order to ensure the multiple predicted openings / closings of the door. It has also a window that allows you to check what occurs inside the oven thanks to an inner lighting controlled by a switch.

Cooling system The oven is equipped with a cooling system in order to maintain 20°C inside the oven. The cooling system is supplied by a compressed air already present in the premises in which the oven is placed. The system is composed of filter with air pressure controller, a solenoid valve and a vortex tube. The filter with air pressure controller allows to adjust the compressed air flow into the vortex tube. The solenoid valve is controlled by the temperature controller. In case of cooling need, the solenoid valve opens allows to send compressed air in the vortex tube. The vortex tube cools down air and allows the injection of cool air into the working volume. A speed controller allows you to adjust the airflow in the oven.
