High vacuum oven with two heating plates designed for degassing steel tooling up to 350°C.

Heating plates and high vacuum Under optimum use conditions, it is expected that the vacuum level reaches10^-5 mbar in the working volume. To make high vacuum inside the oven, we equipped it with a low vacuum pump, a turbomolecular vacuum pump with controller, an electropneumatic block valve supplied by compressed air controlled by a pressure switch???. The oven is equipped with two heating plates. Heating is ensured by radiant heating by the walls of the inner casing and by the heating plates. In the working volume, there are two mobile probes to measure temperature on the products. A nitrogen flush allows to cool down the inner casing and to break vacuum. The oven is fixed on a sub-frame. The feet of the sub-frame are height-adjustable so that the oven is leveled.

A Human-machine Interface allows you to manage and create temperature programs (up to 10 programs of 16 steps), set the required vacuum level, manage the defaults??? There are three control and safety areas: walls of the inner casing, top plate and bottom plate. This allows to check at best temperature inside the oven and to obtain a better homogeneity.
