This oven of the XXL range has many distinctive features which make it unique:

A customized loading mode An IP160 girder has been installed on the ceiling of the oven. It is on the whole depth and crosses the door. The passage of the girder through the door is perfectly sealed. The girder is removable. A polymer plate fixed on a support supplied by the customer fastens to the girder. You just have to push the loading at the end of the working volume. A stop fixed on the girder protects the back inner sheet of the oven. The girder can support up to 100 kg.

Internal dimensions adapted to the loading mode We redesigned the standard XXL06 model in order to adapt itself to the loading mode of the customer.

Insulated bottom The bottom of the oven is insulated and can support up to 100 kg.

Temperature controller ensured by a profiler The West 6400 profiler allows you to create 4 programs of 16 steps each one. It guarantees a very good thermal stability.

Oven delivered on a handling base The handling base allows the customer who does not have a lifting device to install and move easily the oven. The rigidity of this base allows to let the oven on it.

A double ventilation safety Two safety devices check that the air flow is sufficient to ensure an excellent homogeneity in the working. A push button allows you to start again ventilation after a default of this type.
