The oven was designed for ISO8 clean room. The front part of the oven is in clean room, the pack part is in unclassified room. The inner casing of the oven is made of 304L stainless steel. A seam weld ensures the tightness. The oven is on a mechanically-welded frame. The oven has 2 opposed doors. The front door is in the clean room and allows you to load and unload the trolleys. An electromagnetic locking allows to block the door above a certain adjustable temperature. The back door is in the unclassified room is useful in case of maintenance. It is also lockable by electromagnetic locking above a certain adjustable temperature and also with a padlock. The oven is equipped with an access port for probes or cables. The bottom of the oven is equipped with 2 rail pairs to insert trolleys up to the back of the oven. In the clean room, you will find the control panel of the oven and a stack light that indicates a program in progress, the locking of the front door and the presence of a default.

The oven has horizontal and double flow ventilation in order to ensure an excellent homogeneity on the whole depth of the oven. A pressure switch measures ventilation air flow and inhibits the functioning of the oven in case of inadequate air flow. Gas heating is ensured by a duct burner. A gas line with terminal board is located on the right lateral side of the oven. A fitting allows the customer to connect a gas supply. Safeties protect the oven and the products. Air change must be permanent and between 700 and 1800 m3/h. The air inlet is in the unclassified room. Air that enters is filtered by a filtration box composed of a F7 prefilter and E10 filter. The box is equipped with a pressure switch that measures the dirty rate of the filters to ensure adequate air change. The air outlet is equipped with a motorized flap and with an extractor. A pressure switch measures the extracted air flow. A display shows measures. Air change flow is adjustable from the Human-Machine Interface; a default appears the set point is not reached.

Temperature control, temperature safety, air change rate, temperature above which the doors are locked??? are configurable from the Human-Machine Interface. A recorder saves the measured temperatures. Independent temperature safeties protect the oven and the products.
