The generator is composed of a fan in a blower position and of air heater. A 2m insulated DN25 sheath (DN25 clamp connections) binds the hot air generator to the insulated box. The box is machined in UPG203. The fan sucks air from the premises in which is located the generator (through air vents) and sends it to the air heater. Then air is reheated and blown into the insulated box. At the fan inlet, there is a G4 filter avoiding that impurities are sucked. The generator is on castors (2 with brake) and is equipped with carrying handle, so that it can be easily moved.
Temperature control and product safety are ensured by a Nanodac dual loop controller-profiler-recorder. A loop is for control. A J thermocouple probe is fixed on the box and measures temperature in it. When the temperature measured by the control probe is higher than the safety value set in the Nanodac device, heating is cut off and a default indicator with buzzer is activated. The 2nd loop is for measuring temperature with a J thermocouple probe at the air output of the generator. The authorized temperature difference between the temperature measured on the box and one measured on the generator is limited to 90°C. If this authorized difference is exceeded, heating is cut off and cut on again once the difference is lower than 90°C. The Nanodac device records temperatures measured by the control and safety probes. A safety controller, class 3.1 protection, is located in the top part of the generator. It protects the generator against overheating of air heater that could be seriously damaged. It measures temperature at the blowing area of the fan thanks to a J thermocouple probe. If the safety value set on the safety controller is exceeded, another default indicator with buzzer is activated and heating is cut off. Heating reactivation is not automatic; you must wait for the temperature decreases enough, solve the problem that caused overheating and press a push-button. A USB connector allows you to retrieve data recorded in the Nanodac device. A RJ45 connector allows the remote communication with the Nanodac device.
