A 12m³ oven placed between technical premises and a clean room to be integrated to an anticorrosion line.

The oven is composed of two 6m³ modules. It is equipped with two opposed double leaf doors. The entrance door is in the clean room; the exit door is in the technical premises. The control console is fixed on the wall in the clean room. The electrical cabinet is placed in the technical premises. An insulation plate must be placed under the oven in order to avoid thermal dissipations at ground level. Each module has an ?? 20 mm access port for cables and probes. Corks are provided to block them in case of non-use. Each module has an air change system. The air change flow is adjustable from 0 up to 100%. Air inlets are equipped with G4 filters. The control console is equipped with a controller-profiler-recorder allowing you to control temperature, create temperature programs and record temperatures measured by the probes of the oven. This device is controllable by the Human-Machine Interface that allows an easier and more intuitive use of the oven. Indicator lights show the state of the program.
