Oven for the thermoforming at 120°C of a horizontally positioned Plexiglas plate.

The oven is fixed on a sub-frame and the loading height is 920 mm, the same height than the workbench that is located in front of the oven. The sub-frame is equipped with high-adjustable feet allowing you to make the oven on level. Internal sheets are made of electrogalvanized steel. On the left side, there is an access port allowing you to pass calibration probes. Two fans allow important ventilation for the products and ensure an excellent homogeneity. There are 4 inner lightings monitored by a switch. The door opens downwards. Two gas springs assist the opening and closing of the door. The Plexiglas plate to thermoform is put on a solid tray on castors and with two handling handles. The tray is also equipped with pliers in order to fix a special protective fabric. There are protective rails in the oven to not damage the inner sheets with the tray. Stops avoid the complete exit of the tray during loading / unloading and maintain it. A digital timer allows you to set a thermoforming cycle duration. A push-button allows you to launch the count; the end of a cycle is signaled by a luminous indicator. You may inhibit the timer. Two safeties with visual alarms protect the oven and the products.
