Automatic opening / closing vertical lift door The oven is equipped with a vertical lift door. The door has a window that allows you to visually monitor your process. The door is motorized by a pneumatic jack supplied with compressed air. A pressure switch checks that the compressed air pressure is sufficient to ensure the opening and the closing. The door had been designed for a quick opening (less than 3 seconds), a quick closing (between 3 and 5 seconds) and for intensive opening-closing (600 / day). The door is also equipped with safety light curtains that allow you to open and close the door and protect the operator during the loading and unloading. For loading / unloading, the operator must press a push-button that activates the safety light curtains. When he presents the products in front of the door while it is closed, the door opens and vice versa. When the door is open, heating and ventilation are cut off. Mechanical locks allow you to immobilize the door in high position in order to do maintenance or clean.
Manufacturing, control and safeties The inner sheets of the oven are made of 304L stainless steel. The special paintings of the outer sheets were chosen by the customer. An access port allows you to pass cables and probes inside the oven. Air change flow may be adjustable by the operator. Temperature is constantly measured by J thermocouples probes. A mobile J thermocouple probe is available in the working volume; a display shows the temperature measured by this probe. These probes were calibrated and delivered with their calibration certificates. Process stopping may be automatic: a timer allows you to set the time until the oven will stop securely and automatically. A safety enables the ventilation fan to work until the temperature is below 80°C in order to protect it against overheating. A time meter counts up the oven???s running time. A mechanical safety thermostat with reset protects the oven; an electronic safety controller protects the products. An emergency stop allows you to switch on the oven in case of problem.
