RTM oven (Resin Transfert Molding).

The internal casing of the oven is composed of welded electrogalvanized steel sheets. The opening direction of the door is inverted. The oven is equipped with an inner lighting and the door with a window. This allows you to visually follow your process. The oven is equipped with a ?? 60 mm access port on each of its lateral side. They enable the passage of cables or mobile probes. Two loading types are possible:

standard loading on shelves: the oven is delivered with to reinforced loading shelves that can support up t 60 kg each one;

loading on trolley: the bottom of the oven is insulated and reinforced to support up to 400 kg; a removable access ramp allows you to load your trolley in the oven thanks to a pallet truck (ends protect the inner casing of the oven).

Temperature control is ensured by a profiler that allows you to create up to 10 programs. The oven is supplied with a portable recorder. Connect to it mobile probes and insert them through an access port in order to measure temperature anywhere in the working volume. A push-button located on the control panel allows you to check that the safety default indicators are working. A time meter counts up the operating hours of the oven. The oven is equipped with an air change extractor. The air change flow is adjustable thanks to a button on the control panel. A switch allows you to choose the functioning of air change: functioning controlled by an event output of the controller, an inhibited functioning or a functioning according to the manual adjustment by an operator. The air change inlet is equipped with a G4 filter in order to avoid that impurities enter in the oven.
