Oven for heating plastic plates (polyethylene) for thermoforming in negative molds.

The oven has been designed for the manual loading of 3 plastics plates. It has a loading inner frame with 3 slide rails and alignment angles for the plates. The inner sheets are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The oven is on a sub-frame to have a human loading height. The opening / closing of the vertical lift door are manual. When the door is lifted up to the stop, a latch maintains it. Once locked in high position, an unlocking handle allows you to unblock and close the door. Ventilation is ensured by a fan, distributing uniformly hot air in the working volume. An air change adjustment button allows you to change the inner air. Temperature control is operated by the accurate digital PID C3000 controller that provides the following functions: delayed start from 1mn to 99h59mn, heating ramp, heating timer from 0 to 99h59mn, repeat loop, buzzer at the end of a cycle, over temperature alarm. Set point temperature, actual ones and remaining process time are displayed by digital LEDs. The set point temperature setting is possible to the nearest 0,1 degrees. The oven has an electronic and mechanical safety protecting the products and the oven.
