These ovens, made of modular panels, have 2 vertical lift doors with counter-weights. The opening and closing of the doors are manual and each door has a locking system. The inner sheets are made of stainless steel. The modular panels are fixed on rails, themselves fixed on the ground of the premises where the ovens are placed. The modular panels are insulated with 80 mm of injected polyurethane foam. They are ovens with hot air forced convection. A ventilation system by fan allows the distribution of hot air and ensures homogeneity in the working volume. These ovens are equipped with an adjustment allowing you to adjust the inner air change flow. Both ovens have also a lot of equipments: timer for working time, two inner lightings, emergency stop???.
