Special design according to specifications This oven was designed to contain a pipe of more than 4 metres long. A special impact machine, made up of 5 arms with hammers, interlocks the oven. The arms with hammers impact the tube. The electric top opening of the door allows an easy loading by hoist. The operator controls the door opening/closing thanks to a two-hand control device; two electric jacks allow the opening and the closing. The control console is remote in order to allow the operator to be sufficiently distant to monitor the full door opening or closing. The front and rear sides of the oven have access ports for instrumentation cables: sensors, probes??? The inner casing is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel bright polished. The oven is equipped with two emergency stops: one on the control console, the second on the door of the oven allowing to stop the oven in case of malfunction. In order to protect the operator, a stack light lets know when the temperature is sufficiently low to allow a safe door opening.

Perfect temperature uniformity Dual flow ventilation: the hot air is blown on both sides of the part. An alarm set in the controller allows to inject fresh air in the oven when temperature is higher than the required one. A mechanical safety thermostat and a safety alarm set in the temperature controller allow to cut off heating when an overheating is detected.
