4 containers transformed into efficient ovens The containers are insulated with polyurethane foam. Inner sheets are made of aluminum treadplate and of stainless steel. The outer sheets are made of painted steel sheet. Each container is composed of 5 areas. Each area has a fan, heating elements, a mechanical temperature safety and two plugs for mobile TCJ probes. Heating power is 80 kW by container. Hot air is blown in the working volume by the left side on the whole depth. Container cooling is ensured by two air cooling extractors. Their air outlets converge towards an only extraction duct. Four air inlets are shared on the whole depth of the container. In front of each suction area, a filter avoids that impurities coming from the load enter in the ventilation duct. Pressure switches check the clogging rates of the filters. In front of the suction areas of the air cooling extractors, there are also filters that avoid that impurities exhaust towards the extraction system. Four inner lightings are shared on the whole depth of the container. A safety cable that covers the whole depth allows an accidently locked up operator to interrupt the functioning of the container. An automaton ensures the defaults management and the cycles programming. Another ensures the recording of the temperatures measured by the control probes and by the mobile TCJ probes. The user has at his disposal a Human-Machine Interface on a large touch screen that allows him the management of all parameters of the oven. During a cycle, the measured temperatures are controlled; the cycle is paused when the set point temperatures are not reached in order to ensure the required hygienisation time.
