An automated special vacuum oven The oven is equipped with an inner frame with 5 rods, specially designed for the oven and the application. The silicone gaskets are hanged from the frame. The oven is on a vertical frame; the load threshold is 980 mm high to make easier the loading of the parts. In case of overheating, heating is cut off and a cooling system of the inner casing by fresh air injection allows to cool the casing quickly down. The door tightness is ensured by viton gasket particularly heat

and chemical agents-resistant. Clamping levers on the door allow to compress the viton gasket and to guarantee the best sealing possible. Accurate display of the vacuum level: a digital display shows the vacuum level measured by a vacuum gauge. A profiler-recorder allows the control and the recording of measurements. Pumping is controlled by a vacuum circuit including a pump and a droplet catcher. The inner casing is made of electro-polished stainless steel.
