Construction: The oven is on castors and stabilization feet. The internal sheets are made of 304 stainless steel; the external are made of electro galvanized steel sheet with painting (RAL7035). Insulation is made of glass wool and polystyrene, total thick: 110 mm. The dual flow forced ventilation is horizontal. A fan located at the back of the oven generates it. The electrical box is on the right side of the oven. The double leaf door has a 400x400mm window on each leaf. The bottom is sloping and has a condensate draining system. An 800x70 mm rectangular access is located on each lateral side of the oven. Four ?? 100 mm access ports are located on the left side of the oven. The oven has two inner lightings.

Heating & cooling: Heating is generated by stainless steel heating elements located in the air flow. Cooling is generated by a refrigerated unit located on the lower part of the oven. It has a hermetic compressor. Water condensation, R404A refrigerant, protections, low noise emission.
