Customized oven with drawer The oven is equipped with a drawer on slides with wire-mesh bottom in order to contain a 100x200mm sheet. The door has a passage allowing the opening and closing of the drawer. It can be dismantled to make easier the cleaning of the working volume. The inner casing is made of refractory stainless steel (321) and is nearly airtight welded. Insulation is ensured by pure ceramic fiber without binding material. An ?? 20 mm access port is centered on the lateral left side. The oven is on a sub-frame; so the axle of the drawer is at one meter above the ground. The air change rate is manually adjustable. The electrical cabinet with control panel is remote with a 3m cable so that it can be fixed on a wall. Temperature measuring is ensured by J thermocouple probes. An electronic safety controller ensures the protection of the oven and of the products. A timer allows the count of a previously set process time. At the end of the count, a buzzer sounds. A push-button enables to stop the buzzer and another enables to restart the timer. An emergency stop allows you to cut off the oven in case of problem.
