Construction / conveyor: The external sheets are made of electro galvanized steel with epoxy paints: light grey (RAL7035) and blue (RAL5015). Inside is made of stainless steel. The electrical box is on the front left side, at the loading side. It has an emergency stop allowing you to cut off the oven and the conveyor in case of problem. A timer counts up the number of hours during which the oven is on. The chain conveyor is as a wire mesh, width 1250 mm, on which brake pads are put. The brake pads are put on the conveyor at the loading area and undergo a thermal cycle during they cross the oven. The conveyor is motorized by an engine with a speed variator that allows you to modify the thermal cycle duration. Parts are got back at the rear side of the oven, in the unloading area. There are access panels (4 on the right side and 2 on the left side) that allow you to do maintenance inside the oven. A safety device on each panel cuts off the oven and the conveyor if one of them is open.

Ventilation and heating: The oven is divided into 4 ventilation areas. A ventilation speed variator allows you to vary the turning speed of the 4 fans. Each ventilation area has one filtered air inlet and outlet. The four air outlets are joined to an air extractor for air renewing. The air renewing flow is manually adjustable with an adjustment button of the flap of air outlet. The extraction system has a safety that measures the flow; if it is too low the safety activates. Each ventilation area represents an independent heating area. The heating power is 12 kW per area. Temperature control and safety: Each heating area has its own temperature controller. Temperature is permanently measured by J thermocouples probes at the suction of each fan. Each area has also its own safety thermostat.
